| I just measured myself and I've lost 10 cm off my waist! I think 10 cm is 3.9 inches.. I feel really happy. I still haven't weighed myself and I'm starting to get curious.. I'll try to buy a scale this week. I feel so determined right now and I feel happy to be on a fast. I think that one of the biggest mistakes is to think you're punishing yourself when you're fasting but it's actually the opposite; you're detoxing your body and you will feel so much better. I'm also happy this weekend is almost over, it's easier to fast when I'm at school, time goes by faster. Physically I feel good.. I felt hungry a few times today but it was ok compared to the hunger I felt a few days ago.. now that the 10th day is coming to an end, I'm looking forward to these next 10 days.. I'm excited to see what happens..
