Blog: ready to rock a 21 day juice fast
Hi guys! didn't have time to make a video today bt I'll definately try to make one tomorrow.
Today was crazy...my mind was wondering all the time...I really wanted to quit my fast. I was mentally (not phisically) hungry. It seemed that I could eat a table or a chair haha... I guess I just really miss chewing...So I cheated. My mind went blank, I didn't understand what I was doing - I ate an apple that was ment for my juice. But well..it's just an apple...I'M NOT QUITTING MY FAST. Ofcourse I felt bad right after I had eaten it.
It kind of felt like a dream and I even asked myself: did I really do that? But it's no big deal :) well at least I enjoyed the apple haha
The next time I'll know that it's just my mind playing tricks with me.
I went to the swimmingpool in the evening to make myself feel better. It was exactley what I needed. And hey, day 4 is already over..17 days left..I'll be more than fine, this is life and we all are just learning :)

Now you are making me want to cheat! Don't know if you read my blog yet today, but I really want to cheat! But I'm trying to stay strong. An apple isn't so bad. I almost had a piece of pizza. Haha! I thought it was going to get harder after day 3, but I guess not! When does it get easier?
