Send Private Message To lifskills Send Email To lifskills I went through chronic fatigue, adrenal exhaustion due to thyroiditis that triggered hyperthyroidism ands subsequently chronic fatigue. Survived it through self education, research and strong determination as there is not much help from conventional sources, and came back with stronger health than before. It has been a trying but a fortunate learning experience that changed my life for the better. I gained valuable insights into the whole gamut of health and various disease conditions as a result of my fight to build back better health. I started websites as a matter of documenting my experiences. One should always research several aspects of life and health matters oneself from several sources and make informed choices and should not rely on any single source.
