I worked in a health food store for 5 years prior and have been interested in health and fitness even before that. I just read about oil pulling from the curzon emails I get and did more reading and paul and I and friends are going to try it. I wonder if it matters that I have 2 big spaces with no teeth on the bottom of my gums. anyways I really enjoy the forms and learning new things. |
