Undigested food, casein or should I be worried?
I’ve been noticing these pod-like, almond-shaped objects in my stool for the past 3 weeks or so. This was taken right after I had a salad with pumpkin seeds the day before, but this doesn’t look like a pumpkin seed :-/ and I’ve noticed it on and off for the past few weeks. Sometimes there are multiple. Anyone have any ideas here? My stools are otherwise totally normal and I feel completely fine.
