Noticed this black speck on my gums 2 days ago and it hasn't went away. I've been rinsing with salt water after every meal and all stitches have dissolved already. What could this be? Picture is included. I am going to oral surgeon in a couple days already. But in the meantime I really need to know if this is infection or not.
