I am fairly certain this home has water contamination. The county water incomming freah water main in san jose ca is good. It's the homes water pipea from the water heater and out that has thick dark liquid. Their are rodent feces near and on the copper pipes and snails as well. In some areas it looks like electrolysis causing the pipes ro have holes. In others it is a crack . this concluding the water is making the occupants sick. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
