I had a rash that resulted in impetigo sores, have other symptoms of possible M, or something that resembles it, such as debris from skin when oil or lotion is applied. Spent every day outside in garden. I looked at my arm and there this was, it looked like a black string thing, but with my iPhone camera I was able to get a more detailed image, atleast detailed enough to wonder what in this world????
