Parasites Forum 01 What is it Skin Burrowin IMG 7583 1

Can anyone help me identify this bug? Burrows in skin. Larvae comes out when starved for air, after petroleum jelly application and submerged in water. This time I was able to capture the entire bug. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you
