Parasites - Am I Crazy?

Does this at all resemble a possible whipworm or other type of parasite? I'm symptomatic and have seen other indicators of infection, but never anything like this. I swore I saw it move but it was late. Please help if you know. Doctors keep dismissing it as soon as I utter the word. No tests at all. Kinda freaking as I'm now distended, severely constipated, nasious, signs of prolapse etc. Went to ER only gave me anther laxative to drink only to throw most of it up. So confused.
