My nightly bath soaks with apple cider vinegar 3 cups and 2 cups of epsom salts have not protected my scalp. Swollen bumps on my scalp are inflamed, nothing comes out when squeezed but I can feel something hard under the skin. Started adding Neem to the bath water and the pain bump at my hairline has reduced and this came out under my finger nail when it itched.
