Let us work together to achieve our Fasting goals, Spiritual Goals, and Healing. I have just begun to delve into this Support help. I have struggled far to long on my own, I am looking for those who, like me, need accountability. Together we can succeed. Please friend me and lets see were this takes us. I am looking to do a 1 day a week fast, shooting for a 30 day fast at he beginning of the year. I will consider other proposals, but that is what I have been trying to do for years.
