I believe this is a Liver Fluke or part of one. It is hard, and kind of shiny and certainly larger than anything I would be able to get down my throat. It is almost folded at a 90 degree angle. Though it looks fleshy in color, the texture I'd say is more akin to a soft plastic, it is that dense and rigid.
