Here is another chart. This one represents my blood pressure averages for three years, 2009 thru 2011. It's interesting to note that the blood pressure starts out low in the morning and then slowly rises throughout the day and then lowers in the evening. Everyone's blood pressure follows a similar pattern, but at different levels, either higher or lower.

Diabetics or those with Insulin Resistance will have a blood pressure that goes up in the evening, instead of down. It's a "non-dipper" pattern of Diabetes or Insulin Resistance.
