For the past couple of years I have been getting stomach cramps once or twice a month and when I do I get really light colored small pieces of stool with little red dots (food particles?) in some of the turds. I just now heard about parasites in stool and I'm curious if that's not what I have. I also have a history in my family of IBS so I was wondering if that might be the case also. Although dairy products don't bother my stomach.
