I have been suffering from Having to poop as soon s I eat for about 2 years, more recently started to find weird looking things in my stool. Some of them are long and clear or long and brown and slimy. At first I thought they were just mucus but they are looking more and more like worms. When I have to poop it's been diarrhea and explosive and sometimes I poop out very hard balls
