Purslane Pickle DSCF6010
Lacto-Fermented Purslane (Portulaca oleracea), aged about 11 months. Served in Mung Bean Noodle Soup with garlic, cilantro, celery, and chicken or "non-chicken" (vegan) stock. Very tasty!
