At this moment in time I feel like a hypocondreact?(spelling) and too I feel like I am gonna die if I cant get this yeast under control. I am not new to yeast but I am new to the extent of damage it can do to you body.

I have many questions I would like to ask the expert here.

If I can should I stop all food intake till I get the yeast under control? Eating gives me no pleasure at the point in time it only causes me grief. I am taking the yeast cleanse and I am in my 2 full day. Although my water intake hasnt been what it should I am going to change that.
I have no yeast in the lower parts of my body. I have the hot tongue. I have sliced garlic into thin slices and that has offered a little relief so I can sleep.
I know I need to flush with water water water
I also am experiencing loss of thyroid I believe.
Other things I have notices is there is no salt in my urine? Very little.
This is for anyone that may be close to the same situation. Share if you may.
