Diamond Core glass/masonry  drill bit
You'll need this to make your holes easily. Watch your shank size (1/4) is standard for most drills and check the length of the shaft you'll need.
I had to drill my holes from both sides since I didn't get one long enough..so check the depth of your silicone plugs. The cheapie from China will do fine.
