Curing of bronchitis with a asthmatic component (1)

At the age of 2,8 years my daughter got obstructive bronchitis with asthmatic component.

1.Attempts of treatment

All drugs which were prescribed by doctors are well-known to all parents whose children have the same diagnosis – Chloropyramine, Aminophylline, Salbutamol, Acetylcysteine, Ambroxol, Bromhexine.
In fact, all that treatment was only symptomatic.
So, finally I decided to join Dasha to swimming in an ice-hole which I had practiced by that time for more than 15 years.

2. Treatment (see 2 videos)
• Dasha opened the season of preparation to swimming in cold water on September 25, 2007. She was 6 years old.
• She swam every morning throughout winter and spring.
• Now Dasha has started her fourth season.

6. The result
Within 4 months Dasha got rid of her diagnosis - the obstructive bronchitis with asthmatic component.

Now if Dasha catches flue she recovers within 3 days – without taking pills and continuing to swim in an ice-hole.

Example N1.
Friday – Dasha returned from school with temperature 100,04 F (37,8 C). At night the temperature rose to 102,2 F (38,9 C).
Saturday – in the morning the temperature was 98,24 F (36,8 C). Not waiting until it again becomes high we went to the river and bathed. When we returned home and measured her temperature it was 92,48 F (33,6 C).

Sunday – in the morning the temperature was normal, 97,37 F (36,3 C). We go and swim in our ice-hole. All day long the temperature remains normal. Dasha feels no weakness because we didn’t send the temperature down with a help of pills.

Monday – we get up at 6.30, the temperature is normal and there are no other signs of cold (running nose, cough, etc.) which usually appear when temperature during flue goes down.
We go to swim and Dasha goes to school.

Example N2.

Dasha returned from school with a temperature 101,12 F (38,9 C). The temperature kept all night and by morning grew to 102,56 F (39,2 C). Dasha was frazzled by insomnia and a splitting headache – all night we sat beside her bed.

In the morning we had to take a decision whether to start to medicate her with a risk to get back all former aftertroubles (?), or to take our child to the ice-hole. And we chose the latter.

The temperature in the street was -0,4 F (-18 C). Dasha was so week that could hardly get out of bed. I asked her whether she agreed to go to the river.
Dasha agreed and told that she believed that cold water would help her, we helped her to dress, helped her to the river, quickly undressed. I dropped her into the water and kept her there for about 5 seconds, dressed her and – she easily ran up a hill. The headache disappeared, she was in a good mood and felt sprightly. We came home – her temperature is 97,16 F (36,2 C). In the evening the temperature was 100,04 F (37,8).

Next morning the temperature was 98,78 F (37,1 C). We had a swim and the temperature didn’t rise any more. A day later Dasha went to school.
