This is a home-made setup with a two litre plastic pitcher, a small rectal pipe glued into a pre-drilled hole, about five feet of good latex rubber tubing, a Higginson inline pump and, of course, an old vaginal nozzle. This, pumped slowly, will deliver a most comfortable enema. I love it!
