From modified 1/2 cleanse (maintenance flush). Procedure is detailed in previous posts. Note: I will not use grapefruit juice because some of my least productive cleanses have been with that juice. I have come to the conclusion that the natural statins in grapefruit juice either hinder bile production or just plain stress out the liver. I also use any vegetable oil available. In this cleanse, I used canola. I no longer bother to buy olive oil.
