Six Quick Quarts of Kim Chi. The jar on the right is Kale and Burdock Root Kim Chi with the usual Garlic, Onion, and Radish. The others are standard Napa Cabbage Kim Chi, just a little light on the red pepper powder. Made at our home by a Korean friend.
