vg JL20 Blood microbe
This is the extracellular entity being observed in the whole blood. Notice the surrounding cells. This is rather large to be in circulating blood.
Intracellular forms were observed in cultivated blood. Unsure if connected to B. Hominis, but is quite suggestive.
