How i healed myself. At the age of 19 I had such severe knee pain that I could not even perform a slow jog. As a person who loved to move around this was very devastating. I went to 6 different doctors about my knee pain and not one could help fix my problems. Deep inside I knew that at such a young age the body should not be breaking down that fast.
