I started cleansing and as i was digging with a metal stick, i noticed something felt hard, almost like a rock but not as hard. if i press hard enough it will break. The inside is white. I thought at first that they were pills i did not fully digest, but i am not on any medication or pills that long. My cleanse does include filled capsules but are smaller than 1 inch and these objects seem to be at least 1 inch in size and when i tried pulling them out of the toilet or rinsing off the feces they break in half or in three parts.
