Mixed Gallstones
This photo shows two kinds of gallstones expelled in the same flush. The small green one is made of cholesterol, most common and found in the liver. The other three are compacted material with a consistency of putty, opaque, white, most likely from the gallbladder. Notice that the green stone is smooth and round, while the others are faceted, rough, and furrowed, as if compacted together.
