I started an anti parasite regiment of black walnut, clove and wormwood along with a diet change that included lemon water and salt added to it. This is the second one of these that evacuated. Not sure if its a parasite or lining discharge as some have said could happen. I have a apt with a gastro but the decided to do this while waiting for the appt.
