I have been having agonizing abd pain difficulty defacating. Sometimes just an audible growling sound that is embarrassing. I am 5’5” female started feeling not well right at post menopause at age of 43! I have had stool test and with nothing found! I feel like doctors think I am legit crazy but I continue to see what I see and feel what I feel. I even ended up with rectal prolapse that required surgery and I blame the constant need to poop from the tight dis tension of whatever is taking hostage. I just am out of answers and out of help. I am tired of feeling helpless
