Worm coming from ulcer on skin after scab was removed! ?

I've been suffering from skin parasite /margellons /whatever this is for 2 years now! I get lumps under skin (not painfull) & when I shower or submerge skin in hot bath and rub in circular motion with a little pressure the lump opens and excretes a white worm like substance or whatever it is!? Afterwards it scabs over and stays there for a LOOONG time, sometimes a month or more! But if I get the scab wet it it will come off as if it is formed out of a bunch of worms....and I'm left with an ulcer which always has 1 -3 of these white things that if rubbed will keep coming out almost as if the water and the rubbing is coaxing the worm out of its hole? Does anyone else have this or know what it is?? I also suffer from extremely dry, flaky, itchy skin and feel like something is crawling on me! My 4 yr old suffers itchy skin also and when he has a bm in his pull up (he's potty training) he complains of it itchy badly and I apply coconut oil to his skin on his bottom I am able to remove clear fiber like fuzz balls, black specs and clear jelly balls?? IDK what is going on I just know that this whole thing has been a nightmare and I feel like it's literally eating me alive I have at least 20 lesions on my body(kneck, back, legs, butt, arms etc :( help!
