So this happened. For a while now I’ve noticed what operas to be tiny red sticks (never that large) as well as flat shapeless segments in my movemts. Diet: I’ve been eating raw garlic regularly, fresh produce, taking acv shots, and chia/flax seeds. Pretty sure I picked them up from fish that was improperly cooked. How can I naturally rid my body of these parasites for good?
