This is what I have found in ALOT of research............
Stay away from all sugars-( candy,sodas, juices, fruits)
No mushrooms of any kind
Avoid any vinegars and soy based sauces,dressings(use olive oil/lemon juice)
No breads and flour products (muffins,crackers,chips,bagels,PASTA)
No alcohol drinks (Beer, wine, hard liquor)
Avoid moldy nuts like peanuts and pistachios
Avoid dairy products
Basically follow a low carb plan. Avoid ”starchy” foods- Potatoes and grains
Try to eat fresh non-processed foods.
Organic is ideal if you can find products in your area.
