White Shark has great intel, the only way to know what works for you is to listen to your body! The best probiotics are ones with at least 3 separate strains, or if you’re into it, probiotic foods like kombucha and sauerkraut. I had a lot more succes with supplement probiotics though; probiotic foods didn’t seem to work at all. I used now foods probiotic-10, there are some cheaper alternatives though. Work on the anxiety (you’re already seeing a psychologist, that’s good) and also work on polishing your diet and health habits if you think there’s room for improvement there. What is your diet like? You’re right of course. The thing is, there is no necessary nutrient that you get only from fruits. Veggies blow fruits out of the water in every way except one - sugar content. What I mean to say is that for every fruit you eat, there is always a vegetable that has the same nutrients in a higher quantity with A LOT less sugar. I can be completely dry and still reek... but I guess it definitely doesn’t help when I get sweaty :P There are a lot of peroxide horror stories online! Benzoyl peroxide is Safe though if used responsibly (a really good derm told me to keep it on the face for a few minutes depending on the concentration, the chest and shoulder area for 10 minutes, and the feet and palms for half an hour). Benzoyl peroxide 10% wash has temporarily removed all skin and sweat related body odor. I don’t know how long it’ll last, but I will do my best to enjoy it while it does. A dermatologist informed me that skin damage is uncommon with BP, and that it usually occurs on the face after careless use. I also use a clindamycin cream after every shower, and tea tree oil foot baths every couple of days. I can comfortably say that my bad skin odor is 95% gone after implementing these things into my morning routine... mostly thanks to the benzoyl peroxide. Unfortunately, I also have bad breath.. ...
