nope, im eating alot so im not losing weight at all !! thankfully im a good cook, so it helps. when im hungry i do very quick scrambled eggs, or make pancakes.
when i crave, i can cook stuff really quickly im loving it.
i cook a big veggie soup and keep it in the fridge, so i can eat it anytime, having brown rice on the side etc.. tasty.
ive checked out Montreal’s diet, its pretty good but it is quite diffrent from what im having. in candida diet, we dont allow any types of sugar cos anything sweet feeds candida, no fruit sugar or juices, or fruits, honey, syrup, ...
