I’m posting for the first time and very curious about diet. I have a lot of parasite symptoms but no conclusive evidence yet. My first doctor’s appt is in three weeks, but I changed my diet already to what I’ve found in these forums because I couldn’t take the GI pain any more. It’s getting a little better!
So I’m wondering if people might weigh in on these issues which seem inconclusive:
- Are fermented foods helpful, like sauerkraut and horseradish? Not if you are fighting candida, but maybe in other cases? (Or kefir... it sounds good for you, but I want to avoid da ...
