The first time I completed the MC for 13 days w/ no problem. my roommate was out of town and there were no temptations around. just lemons and maple syrup. I have been trying for several weeks to start again but have only managed to make it a couple of days each time. I think you really have to be in the right mind set to get through this and really think about what a good thing you are doing for yourself. I’m trying again tomorrow. My wife is forty-four and began the B&P cleanse with me about a week ago. She has had a problem with constipation all her life. I have two large gallstones as diagnosed by an ultrasound. The largest is 16 mm (5/8 of an inch) in diameter. I hesitate to do a liver/gallbladder flush for fear of these stones getting stuck in either the cystic duct or the common bile duct during the flush. Is this fear justified? If so, what should I do?
