Exercises done the right way can bring relief or worsen a condition if not indicated for the specific condition so a long distance advice has to be taken with caution! I do not recommend a head-stand in any case because nature made the vertebrae in the neck smaller due to less gravity and weight pressing on them and why would we work against nature? I did my 6th Liver-Flush yesterday and it gets easier every time I do one. I started like most of the times with a Coffee Enema early afternoon and it always feels great to do one. Hi, you should be charged fair and a result should be seen within 3 sessions. In any case I recommend that you continue your treatment daily by doing Self Help Exercises. You may also try to add Magnesium-(Taurate) (Foodsupplement, 400mg/day)and St. John´s wort to your diet that will help to relax you and your muscles. Hello, If an intervertebral disc is already broken and pressing so badly onto nerves that the patient can hardly stand the pain or is partly paralized then a surgery might be necessary. Hi, It is correct that Spinal Misalinments can cause or conribute to a number of ailments and Pain and often Spinal Manipulation helps. How many treatment this will take can never be said before any therapy start so be cautious! hi, if you feel the need to have your hip check by means of x-ray or MRI than please go ahead because we can´t look inside of you right. if you do the exercises like i discribe it (not causing any pain) than you can safely do them as often as you wish (the more the better actually) the are very easy and it is not so easy to do them wrong so no worries. The Patient suffered severe Back Pains that was obviously changing in its intensity depending on her Psychological state.
