Okay.....over the last 5 or 6 days I have had nausea and headaches all day. I eat fairly healthy although not perfect, but nothing has changed about my eating habits. I have had severe ear pain upon waking in the morning for about 10 years now, maybe even more. I also had issues with the swf my first cleanse. I ended up only doing it a couple times the first 3-4 days and using lax tea the rest of the time. Whoever said something about the first fews days it being blocked by food I believe has the right idea! It became so much eeasier for me after that, and I always have eliminations after only 20-25 minutes. I actually had the same problem. After so much of that taste it would just come up. What I started doing (can’t remember who suggested it to me) is taking 1 cup water, putting ALL the sea salt in it and slamming it down. Then chase with another cup fresh water. This isn’t my first flush, but before when I did flushes I just did my business and flushed. I just couldn’t bring myself to catch things in a colander.
