My syptoms were panic attacks, heavy arms, numb fingers on left hand, dizziness, anxiety, muscle spasms, headaches, fogginess,chest pains tightness in my throat. After removal in dec 2009 still had chest pains, mild anxiety and have been SO tired,vibrations in my head, little bit depressed (which i think has to do with being unwell 4 so long)but much better than i was and sometimes so angry. i had the sleep/ jolting thing while i had the mirena in (sept 2009-dec2009). have had a massive crash this month with Mirena symptoms back at ovulation and now i have my period have been sleeping 10/12 hours and raging/angry when wake. when does this end? is this another crash? my doc wants to call it PMDD...pre ment disphoric disorder?and give me anti depressants...so not keen to put anything else in my body   [End]

The lighting thing is massive for me. My doctor things i am mad...but this is only since mirena. in sept 2009 and out xmas eve 2009. hi. My sex drive came back immediately. got a period 6 weeks post removal and started on birth control pills.... bad move. went to neurologist today who ordered an mri for a few weeks down the track. and of course the mirena did NOT cause any of my symptoms.....according to her!why dont they listen to us? its my body, i know when the problems started, how i feel, when the iud went in, how i started to improve when it was removed, how similar all our stories are. it so frustrating. no wonder i thought i was going crazy til i found this forum and saw other stories. day by day we will get better and stronger and one day someone will listen.   [End]
