You’ve seemed to reboot your system just fine and now it’s working optimally. I’ve heard that the best benefit of fasting is this re-set which allows one to be healthy for life!
How are you finding peer pressure? I want to eat mostly raw, salads, fruits etc, but everyone around me is into fried meat, vegetable oil, pizza, pasta. I think it wouldn’t hurt to eat one of my sister’s muffins that she is so excited of me eating, but it could start the addiction all over again. [End]
