I have a big problem with the Epsom salt - that’s what gives me nausea imediately but the olive oil - for some strange reason I like it -almost seems like I am lacking smth in my system.   [End]

I elminated succesfully a lot of stones, but I want to understand the process. So can you please exlain why the citric acid. Is it just for the taste and to help with the nausea or does it have another purpose as well.   [End]

DesertRat, I just read about your little experiment with the stove and I think it’s just great that you took the time and did it. I think we need more people that are very skeptical in the forum because they force us to do more research and study on our own, which improves our experience. So I would encourage everyone in the forum not to take it personally ,when somebody is doubting the methods, as it helps us to understand the problem better and move to another level.
