I had a similar problem. Went to the Chiropractor, he took me off of all caffiene, especially brewed coffee. Apparently the brewed coffee has other chemicals besides caffiene that mess up your muscles... bromium?? something like that. He put me prescription B vitamins, and walking. I got better in about a month. That was 10 years ago. Now, I can drink instant coffee and be fine.. but brewed coffee does me in, even decaffinated. If I drink brewed coffee or forget to walk a mile every day, it comes back. I have never taken the b vitamins again, so I don’t really think they were necess ...
