Hi there! Very inspiring pictures! I have too done flushes...9 of them. Over the years with diet change and body cleansing have near perfect skin on my face which was riddled with cystic acne. My body acne has tamed down quite a bit, but with some marks on my shoulders and towards my buttocks. Was your body acne severe? Do you have pictures of it before you started flushing? This really gives me, hope, but I have yet to see until it is all gone.   [End]

I have read Andreas moritz liver flush books and have done 8 flushes, all producing stones or chaff. Lately after my liver flushing I have been feeling Congested and this past one I have not been able to digest my food. I cannot do vigorous exercise because I start getting pain in my right rib cage..any idea what that may be? Would it be ok to do another flush 5 days after I just flushed? I need some relief as I feel Congested!!   [End]

When you said you found that not taking the morning dose was enough have you ever tried to do it? There are times when one will not produce many stones even if they did the morning dose of ES, but it is IMPERATIVE! I’m a colon hydrotherapist, and have done many flushes and worked with clients on their flushes, and on the occasion will have people schedule a colonic and skip the morning flush...very big mistake! Once you take the second dose of the ES the stones stuck in the liver gallbladder stimulate that bile to push any remaining stones that are by the ducts out. I’d say try an ...
