I take one teaspoon (5 ml) every evening before bed, and usually also one teaspoon in the morning. I sleep better when I take it before bed. That is why I prefer to take it in the evening.
I have noticed that if I get discomfort after taking GCG, it usually helps to take a few drops of green tea extract. They seem to work very good together, whereas herbs with similar effect as GCG don’t.
