Hi everyone. I have a couple of questions for the forum. I am currently doing a water fast (day 4), and my current BP is 123/73 with HR=69 age=35, I noticed that my systolic is somehow normal but the distolic is way way low! is this normal? Day 3 was far better than day 1 and 2, my cravings have changed a lot!, I am dying for eating lettuce wraps with carrots, celery and cucumber inside, like thai food rolls kindda, so that’s good, cravings for healty food. Thanks for the message, that is encouraging knowing that you can be doing something phisically demanding as going to school for 7.5 hrs. while fasting, probably is because you don’t have that many detox sympthoms anymore because of your previous fasts maybe? because I still feel very dizzy, 24/7, but hopefuly by tomorrow I’ll be better to start the week. Very diferent symptoms than in the morning. At this moment, it’s almost 10 pm, this is how I am right now. 1.- No energy what so ever 2.- Dizzy, I drove from work to my house and it was difficult. 3.- My right ear is blocked, or not hearing well. 4.- I had my first bowel movement since I started the fast. 5.- Very cold, I have to keep me warm by putting on more layers, and the feet, coold... Wow, this has been a weird day. So, In the morning some pain in my teeth, and some pressure in my chest, not big deal, all gone after an hour awake. Then I had to go to the office and have an exhausting 3 hrs meeting in a raw, arrive to my house and did my vlog, again, super super hungry but still, hanging on ok. Day 2... Well, it’s almost 9 am, I need to get my energy back because I have a 3 hours meeting at 1pm. Last night I had some pain in my front teeth, weird! I’ve never suffer for such a pain, but today it’s gone. Well, first day is over, as expected, I am super hungry! I decided to vlog these 30 days as much as possible so I did a happy trip to a tech. store to buy a new camera, and oh god... pizza smell all over the place in the mall, but it’s day 1, so it’s not unusual to be somehow hungry, I bet tomorrow It’s going to be harder. Day 1 22hrs. since last meal.. As expected some headache, very very hungry, it was funny how the body starts to get into survival mode, almost like an instinct-animal state, because my smell perception is very sensitive now, why? food!, even with my car windows closed, I could smell the pizza place while driving in a mall area, boy that was hard!. I started last sunday a water fast, the idea was to finish it until completion however for social activities I had to brake it finishing thr 5th. day with orange juice and the second day plain fruit. However I am not hungry at all and I am starting to feel nauseaus, I am very tempted to restart the fast right away until my body tells me when to eat, is this a good idea? or re-starting my fast is not recomended?
