May I suggest you get some blood tests, especially FreeT3 and FreeT4 to see what is happening with the thyroid hormone. The FreeT3 and FreeT4 is a measure of the free and available hormone and many people say they feel best when the results are just above midrange and TSH between 1 and 2 -= but everyone is different. The TSH is not the best reference in my opinion and the free’s tell a more accurate story. Many ppl now take thyroid meds at night before bed and benefit from doing so with better sleep no worries about how long before breakfast and multi vitamins which may interfere. I have emailed Stephen at Humaworm with a request as to whether they could leave out the cloves from the formula for australia and we add them from local supplies. Or, perhaps they delete the word cloves from the ingredients list ................Oh such a naughty thought !!!!! Customs said it was the cloves that stopped the product being delivered. I am sure that RG will come up with a solution...........as the herbs are picked fresh and ground, perhaps the cloves can just be left out ???? To those other Australians awaiting delivery of Humaworm, today I was advised that it was seized by customs. Note on forms was due to the ’cloves’. I will email RG and see if they can produce without the cloves for us Diggers. Hi and spinda is correct it was in the debate section. Being new I am still finding my way around. I used a product called ’cellfood’ last year which was a heavy oxygen, which I thought was brilliant, however, on day 19 (after going low and slow) I got dreadful headaches. I have tracked that on the 19th day of any protocol I get headaches. Dropping the cellfood drops back to just one per day just kept the headache going and I had to cease.
