I read somewhere that no human being is really a night-owl.
Once they reestablish their life style (fasting or proper nutrition) we all become early birds.
Well that is so true. Its day 13 and I am 154 lbs and feel very good. I was really miserable with my job etc... but now I am content. The euphoric feeling is still giving me a sense of walking on a cloud and I am starting to see what my body reacts to.

I see a lot of us munching on stuff that lifts are weight back up.
So, though I do not suggest eating like crazy I jsut have one low/no carb suggestion for when you absolutley must have somthing cruchy (rather then just lose it and empty out the fridge).
Cheese crisps
take a slice of no-fat cheese (the ones in individual wrapers)
put the slice of cheese on parchment paper and nuke it in the microwave till it gets all crispy.
They fill the void and they are not starchy and dont bounce your weight back up and it feels like you are eating a chip.

Deep tissue and no shame!!!
The lymph parts that need to be massaged thoroughly are the arm pits, circular around the breast area and near the crotch area.
Its very embarrasing at first but If ladies can get Brazilian waxes (that have no heath benefits) than I can get myself a theraputic massage.

Thats what I heard. If you have any kidney(or is it the liver?) issues dont drink milk just drink heavy cream. Its something to do with enzymes. Whatever the case it works for me and I feel lighter and healthier.

Take it easy...sometimes it is better to get off of something slowly. Your body has taken it in so much that you dont want to shock the system.
I went from 5 cups (rather large mugs--Tim Hortons) a day to one larg one for when I know i have a craving.
I save that preciouse cup of coffee for the time of day I know I will cave in.
In the morning I just had an earl grey tea with sugar substitute (or not) and cream .... almost like coffee.
I think it’s the bitterness with the cream or milk that I think i the body needs.
