Hi dears I only want to say that, in my case, doing 30-45 minutes of wightlifting really open the nasal passages, as if I were using antidecongestants... but without using them! Thus after the wourkout it’s the best moment to have nasal wash with saline solution and to spray for example apple cider vinegar in your nostrils, it’s surely more effective. Hi boys I have had a sebaceous cyst on my cheeck for 2 weeks, and it didn’t want to go away. I’ve tried antibiotic cream, cortisone, and something else. Now it’s 4 days I’m putting castor oil on the cyst, and it’s working! The cyst is disappearing.
