I got my Sota water ozonator out of storage to start making ozonated water again. As I was making a glass I was watching the bubbles and it appears that the ozone bubbles are basically just rising to the top of the water, bursting and releasing the ozone into the air. Yes, I think you finally got it. Keep in mind that ozone water and OEP both oxygenate the body but only ozone water will add the singlet oxygen and only OEP will add the hydrogen ions so both therapies will complement each other. The OEP is also adding enzymes and minerals. You are correct about the MSM. Glass probably isn’t the best type of mold to use. It may not be throughly hardened so you might want to put it in the oven (maybe at 150 degrees) for a few minutes to harden it up. Yes, they definitely aren’t cheap! I plan on buying a VE-Pro eventually but right now I’m not using any of them.
