I am also trying to find out more about the Blood Type Diet. I have been on it for years and I really like it a lot but I noticed that there are some discrepancies. For example, I come from a tropical country and we have a lot of coconuts. Type B is not supposed to eat those but I feel like it is good for me. It also says that I could eat dairy a lot but when I drink cow’s milk, I get a bum stomach. I also get mental fog if I at a lot of cheese (which I love). My sister has been eating a lot of turmeric and in time, her doctor told her that she need not wear the stockings for DVT and she also stopped taking Warfarin so I thought all was ok. Regarding chemical warfare, our family stopped all chemical products so since she was diagnosed, we have all natural bath products etc. Regarding Laminine, a lot of testimonies were for its benefits so she tried that. She took it for about a year already. Thanks for the oxygen therapy suggestion.
